I love my work as a life coach. I bring to this work all the experience and knowledge gained by a long career in psychology.
I worked as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over 20 years in Northern California. Before that I was a community educator for parents and teachers and a school counselor. I also co-founded and presented, with Lynn Lott, the Next Step Seminars at Asilomar Conference Center in Pacific Grove, California.
Over the years and still today my clients teach me about the beauty and resilience of the human spirit. I am always amazed.
We desire belonging and meaning. We want to be happy, fulfilled, to find joy in everyday life. My job is to help you do just that.
